About North Cotswold Brewery

North Cotswold Brewery is a family-run craft brewery established in 1999, situated on the Fosseway at Ditchford Farm, Stretton on Fosse, a few miles outside Moreton in Marsh and Shipston on Stour. The brewery produces award winning Fine Ales from the Fosse using traditional methods and natural ingredients, with a core range of six beers: Windrush Ale, Moreton Mild, Cotswold Best, Green Man IPA, Shagweaver and Hung Drawn n Portered. Seasonal ales and special edition brews are also produced, giving customers a wide range of styles and flavours. The brewery has a shop where visitors can buy gifts and beer to take away, or enjoy a pint on site. Home delivery is available, and trade customers are served directly or through SIBA and Stonegate Beer Co. Beer is sold in various formats including four pint containers, 10L and 20L boxes, and 72 pint casks. The brewery takes its environmental responsibilities seriously, with liquid waste draining into reed beds for natural cleaning, spent grain recycled by a local farmer for animal feed, and spent hops spread on fields as fertiliser. The team is small and close knit, headed by managing director Guy and head brewer Joe.
