About Napton Cidery

Napton Cidery is an award-winning, family-run craft cidery at Holroyd House Farm in Napton on the Hill, Warwickshire. Founded by married couple Charlotte and Jolyon Olivier, the business began in 2015 with a mission to collect unwanted apples from the village and surrounding orchards. From pressing a simple 2,000 litres in its first year, the cidery now presses over 160,000 litres annually, sourcing apples from traditional, unsprayed orchards in Herefordshire to support sustainable British farming. The team has also planted its own orchard on the farm. All ciders are made with 100% pure apple juice, never from concentrate, and are naturally gluten-free and suitable for vegans, with no artificial flavourings, colourings or sweeteners. The range includes Peacemaker, a light medium dry session cider at 4.6%, Duchess, a blackcurrant cider at 3.4%, Butterbox, a bold medium cider at 5.4%, and Major, a smooth dry cider at 6.0%, along with perry and apple cider vinegar. The site now includes a shop and taproom where visitors can buy or sit and enjoy the full range, including limited edition ciders, plus a hand-picked selection of craft beer, wine and spirits from local producers. Tours and tastings are available, and the taproom hosts regular events including live music, quiz nights and cider tastings. Private events can also be booked. Napton Cidery is a certified B-Corp and its products are available in over 50 pubs throughout the Midlands and beyond, with national listings including the National Trust, Ocado and Amazon, and Midlands Waitrose stores from May 2026.
