About Heath Farm Holiday Cottages

Heath Farm Holiday Cottages offers five award-winning self-catering holiday cottages on the edge of the Cotswolds in Swerford, near Chipping Norton. Each cottage has been lovingly converted from old stone farm buildings and sleeps between two and six guests, set across 60 acres of meadow and woodland. The cottages are furnished with handcrafted furniture made from English hardwoods, much of it from the farm's own trees, with ironwork by a local blacksmith and floors of slate, terracotta or wood. Open fireplaces feature throughout, with unlimited firewood cut and dried on the farm. Guests receive complimentary cake from Cotswold Baking, including gluten free varieties, along with award-winning granola and fresh spring water from the farm's own supply. Several cottages have private gardens with hot tubs. The grounds include a spring water lake suitable for wild swimming, boating and trout fishing, plus a games room and games lawn. There is an electric vehicle charging point on site and the accommodation is pet free. The family who own the farm live on site and are available throughout each stay. Local therapists can provide yoga lessons and massages on request. The farm is located on the A361 between Banbury and Chipping Norton, with easy access from the M40.
