About Hangar 136
Hangar 136 is a classic car dealership based at Bicester Motion in Oxfordshire, the former RAF base that has become a major hub for historic and performance car businesses. Founded in 2021 by Oli and Laurence, the dealership offers a carefully selected stock of classic and sports cars, with most vehicles brought in on consignment from owners who want their cars to find the right hands. The business provides a range of services including buying, selling, and free no obligation valuations. Hangar 136 is also the UK distributor for Goodwool, a maker of bespoke handcrafted car covers. The team works closely with Hero-Era, one of Europe's leading organisers of historic rallying and adventure driving events, and many of the cars they represent have Hero-Era histories. The founders describe themselves as two enthusiasts who started the business because they could not find the kind of dealership they actually wanted to buy from, and their first sale was a Land Rover Series 3. Customers are welcome to visit the hangar, where there is usually something interesting to see.
