Batsford Arboretum is a 60 acre tree collection situated just a mile west of Moreton-in-Marsh in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is home to one of the country's largest private collections of rare trees, shrubs and bamboos, with wild gardens, paths, streams, stunning views and beautiful statues. The grounds offer seasonal highlights throughout the year, from early snowdrops and spring flowering bulbs to spectacular Japanese flowering cherries, cool shade under the tree canopy in summer and outstanding autumn colour. The Visitor Centre houses the Garden Terrace Café, a garden centre and a gift shop, and is completely free to enter. The only part of the site that requires paid admission is the arboretum itself.
